You may have already tried this, as I am usually late to the party, but I wanted to share my new favorite food. It's "Fage: All Natural Greek Strained Yogurt". You can buy it full-fat, no-fat, or I usually get the 2% fat version. I add some Splenda and some sugar free preserves or some cinammon. It'd probably be really tasty with some of those flavored sugar-free syrups some of you use for your coffees. It's soooo smooth and creamy -- thick, too ... nothing at all like Dannon or Yoplait. I'm lovin' it. You can find it at Whole Foods or Publix. Here's the nutritional info on the 7 oz. carton of 2% Fage: Calories: 130 Total Fat: 4 g. Cholesterol: 10 mg. Sodium: 65 mg. Total Carbs: 8 g. Sugars: 8 g. Fiber: 0 g. Protein: 17 g.

Where did you find this? 17 g of protien is pretty good..especially compared to regular yogurt. I need to get me some... Seabiscuit wants me to up my protien intake to 150g a day!! (Needless to say, he was disappointed in my performance today...) How the hell am I supposed to do that??? He said PROTIEN SHAKES! But even then, I 'd have to have 6 a day. Even he said our body can not absorb more than 30g at a time...ughh...
