You may have already tried this, as I am usually late to the party, but I wanted to share my new favorite food.  It's "Fage: All Natural Greek Strained Yogurt".  You can buy it full-fat, no-fat, or I usually get the 2% fat version.  I add some Splenda and some sugar free preserves or some cinammon.  It'd probably be really tasty with some of those flavored sugar-free syrups some of you use for your coffees. It's soooo smooth and creamy -- thick, too ... nothing at all like Dannon or Yoplait.  I'm lovin' it.  You can find it at Whole Foods or Publix.  Here's the nutritional info on the 7 oz. carton of 2% Fage: Calories: 130 Total Fat: 4 g. Cholesterol: 10 mg. Sodium: 65 mg. Total Carbs: 8 g. Sugars: 8 g. Fiber: 0 g. Protein: 17 g.

Where did you find this?  17 g of protien is pretty good..especially compared to regular yogurt. I need to get me some... Seabiscuit wants me to up my protien intake to 150g a day!!  (Needless to say, he was disappointed in my performance today...) How the hell am I supposed to do that???  He said PROTIEN SHAKES!  But even then, I 'd have to have 6 a day.  Even he said our body can not absorb more than 30g at a time...ughh...

Kathy, I bought mine at Whole Foods, but later saw it at Publix, too.  I looked at Bloom last time I was there, and didn't see it ... and I haven't checked at Bilo at all.  Hope you like it, and you know I wish you luck with upping your protein.  (Seabiscuit is nuts!)

Thanks for sharing.  I'm gonna go to the publix right now the street from my house and get some of that stuff.  Does it leave that nasty yogert aftertaste? Rachel

It's totally different from the yogurt we're used to eating.  I've not noticed an aftertaste.  Hope you like it!

Missed seeing you last night.
