Who wants to meet after Dr. Bour's mtg and walk?

Does anyone want to meet after Dr. B's meeting tomorrow night and walk.  I was thinking that we could meet right after at 7:30 or if those of you who don't get to eat before his meeting wants to grab a bite to eat and then meet we could do that around 8 or 8:15.  Let me know if you want to do this.  We can walk at one of the school tracks near Dr. B's office. Who needs to get motivated out there????  Or should I ask..who is not at goal and wants to get there??? I think this will be great support for each other.  It doesn't matter how fast you go....as long as we are moving~~~ that is what counts I love you guys!!!

Yea Karen!!!  We can go right after Dr. B's meeting. If others want to come later that will be fine.  I don't know how long I will last but we will see!!!!  We can decide tomorrow where to go!

I'm in....I did not get to hike AT ALL this weekend...I feel sluggish....I need to get up and move
