Has anyone used exercised dvd's like hip hop abs or

ok has anyone ever used those exercise dvd's we have all come to hate? i saw an ad for the booty ballet and hip hop abs. i saw some on ebay really cheap and  wondered if anyone ever used them and if so how did they do? did they really whip you butt the first time or what? just wondering have a nice weekend

I bought Yoga Booty Ballet because a friend said she liked it.  I bought it in October of last year ... it's still in the shrinkwrap.  I'll unwrap it sometime this weekend ... just for you, Shelly!  And I'll let you know what I think.

nah dont go to any trouble!!!  i may borrow one from a friend b4 i buy. i dont really have the time but if it stares me in the face long enough maybe ill do it one day. hmmm. october huh? do you still have halloween candy left too ? we do.

i think itd be fun to do the carmen electra strip tease workout.. LOL!!! of course anyone's DH who did that would be in love.. but i hear its a good workout.. i used to do the taebo dvd's it came in a 3 pack, beginner, moderate, and advanced.. that way you could work your way up as you progressed. booty ballet sounds fun!!! let me know what u think.  if i ever had my tummy tucked i would SO look into belly dancing classes! LOL I hear its Great for the body. but i wouldnt dare jiggle this skin right now ha!

I have comcast video on demand.  They have a belly dancing class that you can pull up.  It was so much fun, but I looked so crazy!!!!!!  My 16 year old kept begging me to stop

I have a freind that uses hip hop abs..but she is into fitness.. I was just given the dvd with resistant bands..call tri something or nother, i used it for first time on Wed...and Thur my stomach was so sore it hurt to laugh. I used it agains this morning and then went and walked.

I'm like Dawn, I bought some a couple of weeks ago and still haven't opened them. I got a hip hop one and some other  one at Ross store in Simpsonville, they had a bunch of them real cheap. I  so need to get my big azz in gear and work out . Have fun exercising! Mary
