Back on Track
Mary,
You have been such an inspiration to me, you and so many other people I have met through this group. You are an absolutely beautiful person, inside and out. You were beautiful before you lost weight. I can tell by your pictures and by the things you've wrote what a beautiful person you are. You are a very kind, caring and compassionate woman, but you have to remember one thing, you are human! I know it upset you that you ate some doughnuts and other things, but honey all that means is that you are human. Just think, I bet before you had surgery it would of taken more then just a doughnut to make you feel so bad. I know it would me, because i am still in the before surgery stage, and believe me, a few doughnuts wouldn't bother me at all! Maybe a few DOZEN!
So you feeling this way is perfectly normal, AND it shows how far you have come! Once again you have inspred me, I can't wait to get to the level where I am actually conscience about food, the way you are. Please have a good day and give yourself a big hug from me. Please let me know if I can do anything for you.
hugs,

nothing could taste as good, as being thin is gonna feel
Oh Esther,
A great big hug back. I am glad that you found this board for selfish reasons. Every post you write is so sweet and inspiring. I can't wait to watch you go through this journey.
And you are so right. Before WLS, I could have eaten the entire dozen and found some reason to justify it. Thanks for reminding me of that.
Have a great weekend
Mary
