Now, I know that I am enabling your SHOPPING transfer addiction BUT, I got them from Cafepress.com.
You can enter any topic in the search engine and it comes up with all kinds of cool and funny T-shirts. They have mugs, bags, etc. I bet you can find some really cute ones for the grandbaby...hehe
I have quite a collection now...

............... AND NO ONE WILL GET HURT!!!!!
What in the world are you thinking? Do you think you are human or something? Don't you know you aren't allowed to make mistakes, or feel depressed? All of the normal things we women go through.
Look what you have been through in the past several months.........don't you think you deserve to do what ever it takes to cope? NOW, you can't indulge in the bad stuff forever, but if you fall down, so what, get up, brush yourself off and don't dwell on yesterday, focus on making today the best today you can.
I Love you and you are a great person. Heck, I bet those extra pounds came from that huge heavy heart of yours.
As for me, I haven't given in to sugar. I don't think I can eat it, but I don't want to even try. Let's go back to doing the things we did in the beginning of our surgery and make things happen. I'm here for you. This isn't your battle alone....we are all in this boat together.
I have a feeling I will "need help" until the day I die, Mary. Food will always be my Number One Issue. (And I'm not talking about lowfat yogurt or grilled chicken breast.)
I'm working on acceptance in my life ... accepting that this will probably be a daily battle for me. Some days will be great, others just won't. I think the rest of my life will be spen****ching that scale move up and down a few pounds. The difference now is: I'm not 150 pounds overweight, and I can (hopefully) put the brakes on before things get completely lost again. That's the plan, anyway. There is nothing wrong with you. You're just right.
