This is gonna sound weird but....
Ok Ladies....
I need some help for my dad. I know this is gonna sound like the movie "Because I Said So" but I need to find a woman for my dad. Or at least show him there are options out there for someone his age. He is 48 and likes to play pool and had met a woman there but was dumped for a younger guy and got his feelings hurt and is now talking about taking his ex back. I REALLY REALLY HATE this woman too. I know they were together for 10 yrs but he can do alot better. Alot of other reasons but I wont go into details. I really am hoping that someone knows someone that might help lift up his spirits if nothing else. Please send me a private IM and I'll be glad to give you more info.

Sounds like my mom. She's 52.
She's been with her current boyfriend for about 10 years. He's a good guy, but I don't think he helps out as much as he needs to. They live together but everything is seperate. It really is stupid. Her car is broken, but he has a fit when she asks to use his truck...even though SHE pays the insurance. He'd rather it be parked at his job than let her use it while he is at work (they work different shifts alot of the time.) And the bills are split, and if she needs help one month, he won't help. She pays for most of the dinners out. Petty stuff like that.
Of course, he doesn't drink or smoke and he does have a job, so my mom thinks she can't do any better.
Ah, parents. What are you gonna do?
