I go for my 3 month check up on 7/27.  Does Dr. Bour require blood work?  I had to reschedule most of my follow-up appts b/c of work, so I am not sure if I need to get that done or not.  I emailed the office last night.  I am going out of town today and won't be bac****il later this afternoon.  I could do it before I leave if I have to have it done.

Nope, no blood work at 3 months - you'll need to get it done for your six month appointment (they'll give you the orders and information that you need).

Hey, How are you guys doing?  I am doing fine here, just work, work, work.  I am doing a lot better with my food but I still am not losing like Dr. Bour wants me to.  He said he wanted me down 50 more lbs before my 3 month appt and I have lost 20 lbs since my 1 month check up.  I think I am going to have to start writting down every thing to see if I am getting enough in.  And measuring, LOL, that is hard to do when you eat out all the time.  I hope yall have a good time at the beach next week,  Talk to yall later, Tammy
