I can only speak for myself.. but if I attempt to eat pizza.. the only thing my pouch can handle is thin crust.. and it has to be crispy.. I just can't do anything that's doughy..

Early out I would just eat the cheese, but it would also depend on how greasy it was.... because sometimes the grease would make me feel nauseated? When I was really craving pizza I would just make up my own little recipe at home..... I would take the part skim ricotta cheese.... and get some tomato sauce ... sometimes make my own, sometimes in the jar.... and then add spices to it.   and then some part skim mozz cheese.... and then if I could tolerate whatever meats.... and then just layer it however... and you can either bake or nuke this....  (i guess this sorta sounds more like a noodleless lasagna..but it all tastes good!)   lol it gives you that taste.... but you dont have the bread.    Or.... if you need the bread you can dip it with crackers.     I always tried to stay away from as many of the white carbs as possible, just me though.. and have wheat or whole grains if you can.    You really do get used to them.   I also like to take pita bread and toast it...cause I like the crispiness of it.  :)

Unfortunetly or fortunetly, how ever you want to look at it, lol, I can eat any kind of pizza, thick or thin. But, I am not a big pizza lover so I don't eat it but once in a very blue moon. I don't have a problem with any foods they all agree with me. Sometimes I wi**** wasn't like this, that way I could avoid eating more foods. Oh well, such is life! Mary

I have just in the last couple months been able to do melted mozzarella.   The dough was never an issue, but I just had an awful time with the melted chewy cheese.  It is different with everyone...I would stick to thin crust.  I am able to eat thin or regular.  We have pizza occasionally, and I am able to eat one slice.   Unfortunately, since we are all so different, it is really trial and error...I would suggest trying new things while at home and not out!  :)   Good luck!
