Meal times
Good Morning Karen!
It varies for me. Usually.....something in the morning right after the gym....then around 1.....3.....6....and something between 8 and 9
Today. I had a protein bar around 9 so I will eat around 12....3.....6 ...8 to 9.
I try to space my meals out about 3 hours.

I have a hard time with this when I'm back in school since I have to be there at the crack of dawn. I usually eat around 7 and 11, 2, 6, 9. I don't always stick to this. Especially grazing days!!! It sucks! That is my ideal eating schedule.

Hi Karen,
My doc/nutritionist told me to try to really get breakfast in every day if i could.. so early on I got into the habit of having breakfast every day.... even if sometimes it is JUST a few bites..... (which lately that seems to be the case.. eeek) And that is also when I start the first of my vitamins. I find that I can not take my multi vit. without food in my stomach or I get horrendous pains. So I have a pretty strict daily meal and vit schedule... (except when i am on vac....lol) mon-fri i have coffee in the morn (but didnt have coffee until prob 4 mos out .... (THAT WAS A B!!) anyway... lol.... then when I get to work I have a protein shake or protein bar or today I had a yogurt with some fresh blueberries in it.... with my first morning pills.... then i usually dont have time to eat again till lunch. then a mid aft snack, then dinner..... then a snack at night.....

6:30, 9:30. 12:00 or 1, 3 and then 6:30 or 7.
Its gotten to be such a habit, I can tell what time it is by my stomach!

I do eat as often as the rest, I eat about 7-730a, 11-1230a, snack about 4pm and then dinner about 630p. I do make sure that it is mostly protein because that keeps you fuller longer. I actually had to add the 4pm snack because I started getting hunger pains around that time and did not know what was going on til I talked to the Dr.
