I'm sooo hungry!  Is it dinnertime yet? Cutting back sucks! Bfast: 1 c. Kashi Go Lean w. skim milk

snack: WC oatmeal

Lunch: soy protien snacks & Protien bar

Snack: nothing Dinner:  I don't know yet Water: Eh... Vitamins: 1/2 in Exercise: PT day - though I think he should have paid me for today.  NEVER wear a thin white tee with a white sports bra in a COLD gym.  There was nothing left to the imagination.  I'm just glad that I had "arranged" my breasts so that both nipples were facing the same direction! LOL! I'd hate to have scarred the poor boy for life! So I guess me and Seabiscuit are even now... Your turn!

Lets see..today was not a good day.
Breakfas****er and protein bar
Midmorning- those crunch protein fake potato chips and a few sips of milk
lunch 2 cheese crackers and a few more of those fake potato chips
Not sure about what will be for the rest

Exercise- walked 1.5 miles this morning with my puppy doing well with his obedience. Still need to add resistance into plan
Vit- 1/2 in
Water- 38 oz, thus far

I'm so glad you asked what I ate TODAY and not YESTERDAY.. because yesterday.. I grazed..  B: 1/2 cup coffee and sunflower seeds S: 1 bottle water and sunflower seeds L: Weigh****chers Chicken with pasta (only ate 1/2 of that) & tea from MickeyD's S: Sunflower seeds ( my tongue is all sore now from the salt)  D: no clue.. depends on if Chris is buying everyone dinner tonight like he promised...

Hi Everyone, Hi Everyone Well, let's see ... Breakfast: Cheese Toast Lunch: Hand full of raw Almonds with a Chocolate protein drink Snack: WATERMELON!! YUUMMMM! Supper: Not sure, just know it will be Mexican, our small Spartanburg support group is meeting at Corona's after our hospital meeting. UPS, you're welcome to join us!   VITAMINS: GNC Women's Multi Vitamin B-12 sublingual Chewable Calcium Carmel Flax, Fish Borage Oil Gel tabs.   I seem to be hungry a lot more these days, so I try to keep nuts, watermelon, and cheese cubes to snack on if I get really hungry.   EXCERSISE:  uuuhhh hmmmmm Can we just skip this one?   Love ya all,   Debra  497-5259
