I HAVE FOUND A NEW LOVE THIS SUMMER!! THE GNC SMOOTHIE BAR. EACH SMOOTHIE HAS 25 GRAMS OF PROTEIN AND SO FAR MINE HAS LASTED SINCE 11 AM. AND ITS SUPER DUPER DELICIOUS!  TRY ONE! HAVE NICE WEEKEND!

What it is sweetened with? and how many calories are in it? just asking since I can't eat anything with sugar alcohol in it. Mary
