what to eat?????
If you can do shrimp, I would say that, it has 18 grams of protein per 3 oz. I was able to do ground beef, chicken (chew, chew, chew) and just about anything when I was 7 weeks out. Scrambled eggs are good if you can tolerate them. Just take it slow and try different things. If it does not work, move on to the next. At this point in your journey it is trial by error. But try to stay away from the real tough meats, they can be hard on the pouch this soon out from surgery.
Hope this helps

I can go the distance... I do not care how far... I know every mile will be worth my while.
My goal in life is to be as good of a person as my DOGS already think I am!

Hi. I am also 7 weeks out (RNY 05/15/07) and just graduated to solid foods 2. I have started eating a little salad and pasta along with my meats. I just have to remember to chew chew chew. So far I have not had any problems. Did your nutritionist give you a list of ok items to eat? In 2 weeks I will be going to the beach and I plan on eating shrimp and crab! YUMMY!!!
