Thanks Roomie!  I am too excited.  I have called everyone in my address book.  It is going to be tough waiting until August, but at least I know I am approved and I have a date. It has been quite a year and 2.  The pet sitting business celebrate its 2 year anniversary on Sunday.  I would have never thought in a million years that I would be here!   Celebration is in order.  I will probably be planning something.  I will let you know.  We still need to go to that Martini bar downtown.  Let me know what your schedule is like and we will make plans. That is fantastic.  I'm so jealous!!!  I'm ready to get my tummy tucked but we are still debating the whole "children before or after TT."   I don't know that I want to wait that long to have it!!!  Plus, I don't know if we are ready for children.  I think I'm going off the pill next month, see what happens.  If it don't come easy (w/o drugs) then I'm heading for a TT.  Congrats again and best wishes.  It'll be here before you know it! Rachel Congrats on quitting smoking.  I guess that means that I can't depend on you to light my cigs when I am too plastered to do it or hardly remember smoking.

I would wait until you know for sure you want  or are going to have children.  Any plastic surgeon will tell you that.  I am not married and the only children I plan on having are the 4 legged kind, unless I go adopt one, so I am not concerned about that aspect of it all.  Plus I have been on my BC so long it would be almost impossible for me to get pregnant if I want to.  I would have to wait almost 2 years after getting off of it and that puts me close to 40.  Not that it is old, but for me too many risks happen the older you are, so no biological children for me.  And I am OK with that.  I really was not looking forward to being pregnant in the first place. Thanks again, Julie

Thanks Patti, I do not know how I got so lucky.  I was thinking I was not going to get approved because last week the surgeons office called saying the insurance company wanted my medical records documenting the rashes and itching.  The problem is I do not going running to my PCP everytime I get a rash or an itch.  I did tell her once at the beginning of the year and apparently that was enough for them.   I am sorry you have been denied.  It stinks!  Have you talked to your PCP and gotten rashes and itching and smell documented.  Maybe if the insurance company see that, they will change their minds.  Also, try the pain aspect.  I know I have some pulling pains in the extra skin that I know is from it hanging so bad.  Just an idea.  I hope it helps. Thanks again... Hope to see you soon! Julie

Julie - I am sooooo happy for you!!!!!  I  like Dr. Harvey too but I haven't done any paperwork yet to see if I can get approved for a BL.  August 30th will come very quickly, I'm sure.  What kind of prescription did he give you?  I need something to help me quit. Yeah, Julie!!!!! Susan

Thanks Susan.  I will let you know, I am picking up on my home from work.  I need to have another script filled and call in another for refill.  I think I will do that now.  I have not been able to concentrate on work since I found out.  I am so excited.  I can not wait. Thanks again, Julie
