It's Monday beyotches!!! Why am I so excited you ask???? Because Its a short week for me!! The family and I are heading for Myrtle Beach on the 4th. Woohoo!

I know, I know! Its going to be super crowded and I don't do well in crowds, but I am trying to prepare myself for it. Do you think the doc will call me in some Xanax or Valium so I can RELAX on my vacation?

JK!! I am hoping that the sunshine, fresh air and my hubby WITHOUT his work laptop

will be enough for me. I know there are already a million thank you posts out there, but I really really want to thank you all for coming out on Saturday. My husband was so impressed on how close we have become! It means the world to me that you all would make the time to come celebrate with me!

Seriously! I love you all! I'm hoping to stick to plan while on vacation and come back a little lighter instead of heavier. So keep your fingers crossed for me!

Kathy, I hope you realize how loved you are.

You are a wonderful friend, and I appreciate you and was so happy that you invited me to celebrate your bday with you. I enjoyed it so much.....

(at least this time I don't have to say please don't post pictures with me in them! I love it!!) About you taking off to MB... well, all I can say is I hope you have a blast with your precious family and I just know you will come back with less of the person you are today. Happy Monday, short week for me too. I am working today and tomorrow then off. I might work Friday. Thanks again for everything. I did come back 2 pounds heavier. You would think that with all of the water I drank over the weeked I would have done better. So back to plan for me. I really think that I have an ulcer. I've started back on my prevacid, was so unstressed over the weekend and felt great. Thanks again. Have a great vacation Mary

Hey MAry I promise you this is not a joke. If you go to www.prevacid.com you can sign up for their newsletter. Get the one they mailt o you. It includes a $25 rebate on your prescription. My co-pay was always $25 so it was like getting my prevacid for free. I promise this is not a joke--I would not do that to you Chris

Right back at ya, girl! I am so sorry I was not able to come up this weekend. I missed you guys. I thought about you guys all Saturday and wonder all Sunday how it went. You have a wonderful time in MB! You deserver it! Julie PS Short week here as well. Work today and tomorrow, off on Wednesday and then back on Thursday.

I can go the distance... I do not care how far... I know every mile will be worth my while.

Here's to coming back from the beach with NO added pounds. (That's water in those mugs, right?) We're leaving this week for a really long weeknd (Thursday to Tuesday) in St. George Island, Florida, and I am SO READY TO GO!!! I have my much-delayed 1-year appointment with Dr, Bour on Thursday before we leave. Then.... sunshine and sand, here I come! Have fun in MB with your sweethearts, and wear your sunscreen!
