Its morning time again...
How am I?
I'm HOME!!! YaaaaHOOOOOOOOO!!! My Mom is on her way to being as well as she's gonna be (don't ask), and her house is in better shape than it's ever been (I spent lots of her money on home improvements while I was there. LOL That may be the last time she ever asks me to come and stay with her for weeks. I'm so smart.) And now, to quote my sister (and Soul II Soul): "Back to life, back to reality ..." Laundry, grocery shopping, time with the Dyson, and getting my butt in gear to lose some pounds ... all of these await me today. But I'm so thankful and happy to be home again, I can hardly see straight. As I suspected, it looks like I missed a marvelous road trip last weekend to meet Jill, and I'm so disappointed. (Not so disappointed to have missed the peeking schlong though ... that's hilarious!) But I have this Saturday to look forward to ... and I'm already counting the hours until then! Kathy, I'm so impressed to read about your personal trainer. And inspired. I lost and gained the same freakin' 3 pounds every week I was gone. Grrrr. Stephanie ... I thought about you every time I heard a promo for the Rick Springfield concert at Chastain on the radio down there. Chastain Park is my FAVORITE concert venue ever ... mainly because you can take your own wine bottles in! (Dave FM in Atlanta is running a contest for free tickets AND a photo op with Rick. Now wouldn't THAT make a fantastic new avatar for you??!) Have a blast, Lady! I've missed far too much on the board to ever catch up, so I'll start fresh. Welcome to the new people, love to the "old" people ... I've missed you like crazy!
Hey Melissa! How's your Mom and her knee doing? My mother refused to take her pain meds after the first week ... (more for me, right??) She said they made her queasy and was afraid they'd "stop things up". Physical therapy with no pain meds cannot be fun, but she does it 3 times a week. Yesterday, I walked with her outside a bit before I left ... at a snail's pace of course ... I asked her to go about 10 yards further than she wanted to ... her answer: "Well, I dont' want to get OVERTIRED." *Sigh* She complained every time I started her shower that the water was too hot. And she'd get "faint" every time she walked around the house. I started calling her Scarlett, and telling her I had no idea she was such a frail little Southern belle. Oy. Hope your Mom is made of stronger stuff! And I can't wait to see you too!

We have so missed you!!!!!! Remind me not to invite you to stay for weeks, since I dont have the money to spend on home improvements.
It is morning time again, and I am off to organize a yard sale for Fri and Sat. However, I took allergy medicine and am in a fog so came inside to take a nap. My new puppies are even napping.
