Protein Bars
Hi Tammy! I love the think thin protein bars. I am not sure where you can get them in SC, but I do know that they sell them at 'whole foods' markets and you can also order them online and at different health food stores. If you do order them, my personal favorites are the white chocolate rasberry and the chunky pbutter choc. they may seem high in calorie, but think of them as a meal replacement and they are sugar free, gluten free (whatever that means??? and I know that some people have real issues with that after gbs!) and you can check out this link i am putting on for a complete list. I had searched for 2 years and found these bars to be my favorite for all around.... taste, quality and they fill me up. Also.... its a great way to start your day to get in all this protein!!

my only fear is ordering them through the mail this time of year....??? not sure if they will arrive SOUP??? lol
good luck!
hugs,

Well I think it is a hit and miss with the protein bars. I think you buy one brand and one flavor and you try it. Some like the fruit ones, I did not. My personal choice at the moment (even though it melts) is the chocholate peanut butter ones (does not matter the brand). I think it is like the protein drinks...you find what is palable to you and then when you get tired of that because you had it so much...you try another. I know it does not sound helpful, but for me it is the truth.
Jus****ch your sugar and sugar alchol content, that is the part to not cheat on. The protein part I try to get those 12 or greater. Those I take to work most of time have 24g.
