Talk about a series of WOW Moments.......(little long!)

I am just really still "asleep and running on fumes" but I want to take a moment to share a little of the ladies Southern Hospitality, and their non stop kindness.....     I am very backed up at work.....but  oh well....  lol.   I got in to Charleston last Wednesday, as I see that my friend Deb posted.. yes my flight was a little delayed... but hey.... that is me.... "delayed.."  lol.     She was waiting for me with a big smile  and we were off and running.    We got checked in and hung out for a bit and then she had to tend to the family.   So I unpacked and was soooooo excited to meet up with Julie-Julie and Sharon!!  YAY  (little did I know what BAD BAD influences they were to be.......lololololololol)    Well, let me tell you....  my ribs hurt from the laughter that night.... and for some strange reason I woke up with frito crumbs on me that next morning.  (oh and the Hymans seafood was great!!    The next morning  6/21 it was Mary/Susann & Julie to my rescue....   AND... we had lunch with the Mayor.....  yes....   (well, ok.... he was at the next table....)   but it was sort of like having lunch "with him"    lol       After Lunch  Susann and Julie had to bolt and Mary and I went for coffee and laughter galore.... till my ribs hurt AGAIN..... we ran into some people at the coffee shop and sort of were listening to their conversation....  finally Mary and I had to leave.. lol. Later that night Deb and Trent took me to the Pizza Inn for our meeting and I got to meet so many wonderful new friends!    I am overwhelmed with all of the support and kindness.   It was so great to meet you all.  I think it is so great how you meet there weekly and how Susann puts this all together and the staff there was so kind to me.   I met and spoke to a few folks that come on here and some I got to see again, others I will see again....and please feel free to PM me anytime or add me to your friends list, I would love that!! After the meeting it was more badness/laugter with Deb/Trent and Jennifer... we went to The Icehouse and then to some great little irish place that had acoustic music.  Jennifer you are a sweetie pie, thanks for making it out so many nights and being my girl!   EVEN IF YOU DONT KNOW WHO JAMES TAYLOR IS.... lololol.  We got home early that night....(ahem)  and then Friday arrived... This was a fun fun day...., once again filled with laughter, memories and somethings that are better left in the corners of our smiles.....lol....  I went on my first carriage ride through Charleston with Julie Julie and Deb and a few others..... but it feels like it is just the three of us, the driver and our sweet, but very large horse!!    After this we go to POOGANS PORCH..... YAY!!    I am so excited to be there with everyone.    Joining us here was Jennifer and her sweet little girl.... who put up with all of us adults.... lol, and Susan.   We all enjoy a delicious southern lunch and this is the first of many meals that Susan L feeds me (so sweet... thanks!) after this Julie, Jennifer and her girl go to the Calhoun mansion to tour it.. which was interesting (i didnt like the stuffed animals though!!) eeek! and then I need a little rest and to get checked in!!     Julie once again..... (she is like my hero!!!!) picks me up at my hotel and brings me all the way to Susan L.s  and drops me .   Susan has invited me for dinner.   This is my first home cooked traditional southern meal..... and let me tell you..... mmmmmm.  This was delicious.   I could have curled up and gone to sleep after but nooooooo we are going out for ROCK AND ROLL.  lol Thanks for feeding me again Susan, and so we go out Rocking and then the next Day Susan has a Pool party at her house.... (feeds me a 3rd time!!!) lol.    Susann B drives me...... which I truly appreciated.... and I get to meet the upstaters here....   wow!    And also Becky surprises me... and not only does she surprise me.... she AMAZES ME.... at how well she is doing!!   WOW.     I just cant get over it...   You looked so great.   kudos.      The party is wonderful and we have fun and eat a lot again.... and its great laughs..lots of great people.   So great to meet everyone that came from upstate....   not sure what happened to BOB.... but.... whatevah.... I had my ice.....lol That night we had are night out, and then the rock and roll.... it was all great.    I got home at dinner time yesterday after travelling all day yesterday.... and it was as hot here in Boston as it is in Charleston.....   You are all very very special.   For the folks I didnt have the opportunity of meeting or of seeing as much of as I would have liked I will be back.   For the things that we didnt do... we will do them next time.   For the things we did that were so great... thank you.    For the people who were BAD INFLUENCES...  (you know who you are.....  shame on you!)  lololololol I love you all.....    I need to sleep for like a month and then I will be back on the board.... hahahaha oh, and I only gained 1 lb!   yayay!       (prob from the fritos....)  lol xo

I'm glad you made it home.  I hope you catch up on all of your sleep.  I am glad you got a chance to come down, check out the place a little and have fun.   Remember...what happens in SC, stays in SC...as long as you pay the ransome. I hope you made friends and memories of a lifetime.
