Beach today...Mary's feeling bad

Don't know who was planning to be a beach bunny today, but Mary is having some real issues with her stomach.  She had to come home early last night because of it and thinks the hernia is the problem.  She sees Dr. B this week to find out what needs to be done, meantime, today she is going to stay home and rest.  As for the beach, Mary suggests the Isle of Palms County Park.  They have showers and you can rent beach chairs...and it is lots of fun.  I went their with my grandkids a few weeks ago and we had a ball.  Hope everyone has a good day. 

I talked with Mary a little while ago, she is in soooo much pain.  Everyone please say a little prayer for her that she gets some relief soon.  As for me, I am staying home to float in the pool.

Hi Rachel.  Enjoyed meeting you and hope I get to see you again next weekend at Kathy's party.  The recipes are fairly easy.   For the crust you can use any of the pre-made graham cracker crusts (or the vanilla wafer crust for the banana cream).   Use 2 boxes of the sugar free pudding  filling (banana for the cream, or cheesecake, etc)...   On the side of the pudding box it tells you how much skim milk to use for 2 packages.  Put the mixed up pudding in the crust and put in the fridge for about 2 hours to firm up.   Top with whatever fruit you lile.  Bananas (I use 3) on the banana cream pie, on the cheesecake I use the frozen blueberries or strawberries, have even used the mixed fruit frozen.  Then top with Light Cool Whip. They are so easy to make and everyone loves them.  Enjoy!
