Danny's CT Scan

Well, I was thinking that I wouldn't hear anything immediately. But I guess the tech called the doctor while he was back there. And since I was out in the main waiting room, the doctor talked to Danny (Danny was getting really scared).

Anyways....he has chronic sinusitis. They said that he had it for a while (???), and has put him on these HUGE antibiotics for 4 weeks. I'm figuring this is pretty bad, because this doctor is one who believes that antibiotics are over-prescribed and hardly ever prescribes them.

I don't know how he got this...but a couple of weeks ago he was having a hard time getting rid of a "cold"...went through 2 packs of the nyquil/dayquil combo packs and still wasn't feeling better. I had an appointment for him then, but he wouldn't go......teenagers!!!

But while I was waiting for the prescription to be filled, I went to my dad's and swam 82 laps = 1/2 mile!!! My arms are killing me!!!

Well, It's back to work for me!!

Glad to hear it is something that a pill can fix!!!!!!!!  I hate getting a sinus HA....they are the worst!!!!! Glad everything is ok.... Good for you on the laps Marcey and I will be back in the gym this morning!!!!!    I am so glad Kathy started this challenge!!!!

Dianne, I am so glad that your worries were put to rest. I know how it is to worry about our children... it is what mom's do best.  I am glad that it is something meds can fix... thank the Lord. We missed you last night at Chiefs... hopefully I will see ya Monday. Pam
