I found a new frustration way to exercise
Last week when I cut grass my riding lawn mower kept not "pulling" up the even least amount of incline or change in surface in yeard. So I had to use my left leg to push off occassionally.
Well I got up early this morning to cut the grass, and now it is so bad. I used my leg almost as much as the lawn mower used its wheels. After cutting an acre of grass, my left leg is tired. So the lawn mower is going in the shop to figure out what is wrong.
If I had not lost weight, I would have thought maybe I weighed to much for the lawn mower to pull me and cut at the same time. However, since I have and it never had a problem doing it when I was heavier I exercised my one leg often. Any volunteers to cut it next week if the lawn mower still has a problem?
