PARTY AT MY HOUSE THIS WEEKEND!!!

I just wanted to invite EVERYONE on the board.. and anyone who just happens to be laying around your house doing NOTHING on Saturday to come to my " SOD LAYING PARTY "  Yes.. that's right folks.. I'm having a SOD laying party!!! This exciting party will begin at around 7am and last until.. you either pass out from a heat stroke.. or we manage to get all 18 pallets of sod down! Doesn't that sound like F U N ! !  Now I know Miss Dawn (aka Hot Nana) is kicking herself right about now for leaving town and not being able to attend this amazing function!  But for those of you who are in for an exciting time in my back yard.. Your in for a treat!! I will be serving hot dogs and hamburgers.. along with refreshing ice cold water! We have very little shade in the back.. so please bring a hat..I will however be providing a lawn sprinkler for your cooling off pleasure...  I didn't get a chance to send out e-vites to everyone.. so please feel free to RSVP here!!!

Screw the SOD!  Let hubby do it. Go to Charleston with me!!!

That thought did cross my mind when I saw your posting Kathy... But I like where I live.. and I love the man I'm married to .. I would really like to  keep it that way... I can't imagine I'll be working very hard.. as I'm sure that morning I'll be waking up with a serious neck strain.. or maybe a lot of gas and the runs..  Not to mention... I just had a new manicure and full set put on.. it would be money wasted if I ruined my nails...

Stephanie, I am so sorry that I am going to miss all this fun in the sun on Saturday!   I am having all my "teeth pulled" and will have to catch the party next time. Please accept my deepest regrets.... Pam 

Nice try Pam... but you don't live that far from me.. you can come over AFTER you get all the teeth pulled.. noone said you had to chew the sod.. just lay it down.. and I'll even put a hotdog in the blender if it will make it easier for you to eat that way..

I wish I could but as I told Kathy, I'll be busy laying around the house this weekend losing 2 pounds.....

While your wife is no doubt mowing the lawn and picking up the house.. not to mention the dog poop in the back yard.. yea yea yea.. men like you are a dime a dozen...

I am so sorry but I will have to miss it.......I have to work......BUT.......if you decide to hire a bunch of young cute guys to come and lay the sod for you.....I WILL  call in sick to work and come over and help you supervise!!!!  Just let me know......

Ya Know...  I never thought to ask if Issac the Hottie Concrete Guy does "side jobs" ... I'll have to check into that.. I do have a strict dress code for men tho.. well.. for Issac.. NO SHIRT! All others must cover..  Like Chris and John

Give him a call....and honey if he's free......then give ME a call. Really Stephanie it would be a huge waste if you were to ruin your fresh manicure.  Just think about how upset the woman will be who spent all that time making sure her craftmanship was just perfect before you left her nail salon.  I am sure she would be heartbroken if you came back with broken nails and dirt under the rest of them!!!
