I can barely move my arms....

My PT is REALLY trying to kill me. We did arms today...I severely neglect my arms.  They are sooo weak. So now, I can barely lift them.  I can barely pull open the door.  When I was having trouble getting out of the gym (seriously) some guy thought maybe it was my excuse to flirt with him.    Men! I had to use both arms to lift my bottle of water to drink it! Now I am eating my lunch.  Has anyone ever noticed how HEAVY jello is??

That's it......keep it up.....just remember 23% body fat!!!!!!! That is going to be you!!!!!!!

Note to self.......whup Kathy's butt on PT days...... good to know
