**What did you eat today? - Monday**

Trainer kicked my butt today.  Lower body.  Everything is already starting to hurt.  Even my groin hurts!  WTF? Bfast:  Egg beaters w/salsa and a homemade tortilla (TONS OF FAT & CARBS, but I made them this weekend and I love them and we have leftovers) Snack:  Lite FF Yogurt Lunch: turkey and cheese sandwich, soy protien snacks Snack:  Slimfast low carb shake - 190 calories, 20 g protien - YUM...NOT!!!! Dinner: Chicken Tortilla soup - we have tons leftover Vitamins: 1/2 in  Water: excellent Exercise:  Yep.  My trainer is the devil... Hoo-wee am I tired!  If I fall asleep during support, someone please wake me up...or at least don't let me fall out of my chair or drool all over myself...

I hurt my groin the other week at the gym.  I didn't know I had one of those.    But, it hurt like heck. Bfast - cereal Snack - grapes, peach lunch - 1/2 sandwich and protein chips snack-protein bar snack -protein chips, peach Dinner-who the heck knows???? Vitamins - nope...forgot Exercise - yes - 25 minutes on the elliptical - burned 280 cals water - yep

Breakfast....protein shake snack...nada lunch...protein bar

snack...nada

dinner...roast

I have been at the hosp. all day so today is crazy!! vits 2/4 water....not enough, but I am going to start drinking now exercise...nada

Breakfast: turkey pepperoni/cheese/raisins
Midmorning: those protein rice cakes...the sea salt ones
Lunch: Smart choice
Midafternoon...just to darn hot, had a fuze and water..no room for food.
Dinner: I dont know are we eating out tonight

Vitamins 1/2 in
Exercise: Walked 2 miles this morning and does moving furniture in bedroom count??
Water: How can you not drink in this heat (I can not wait to my AC is replaced on Thursday)

Breakfast- 2 oz scoop of plain oatmeal with skim milk and tablespoon of sliced almonds, cottage cheese with fruit cup. Brunch-protien bar Lunch- peppered turkey on a small tortilla wrap, 6 carrot sticks, small peach Snack- graham cracker with p-nut butter Snack at meeting- bag of soy chips, minutemaid sf lemonade Supper- two left over chicken wings, salad, cantalope Water- not much maybe 20 ounces Vitamins- yes
