Someone PLEASE shoot me!

OMG! I have either pinched a nerve in my neck .. or someone has stuck a needle into the voo-doo doll they have of me.. because I can hardly turn my head.. The pain goes from the bottom of my skull on my left side.. down through the shoulder blade and down my arm..  It started on Thursday.. I woke up thinking I must have just slept wrong .. and it's gotten worse.. I'm going to the chiropractor (sp) at lunch today..  Sorry.. I don't mean to start the Monday off with a WHINE! But OMG it hurts!!!  Besides not being able to turn my head.. I had a GREAT weekend.. got some sun.. floated on a raft most of yesterday.. Just John and I at the lake... and I lost a pound!! Go figure!

good ol foraminal narrowing at its best.  Does ur chiropractor do massage therapy? That works really well for that! I dont have your voo doo doll... but Im sure someone on here has it!  I floated this weekend too... just down the Edisto...kids and all! I bet you were smarter than me and put on sunblock.... we should do a UPS/LCBB float.... that would be a blast!!!
