if you can..

As most of you know, Karington is a Palmetto Princess for Miss Greenville Teen for the Miss South Carolina Pageant this year.. The pageants "sponsored charity" this year is the Childrens Miracle Network.. which helps tons of children all over the country who are sick and need help.. In order for the contestants to be in the pageant, they have to reach a minimum goal in fundraising for the Childrens Miracle Network.. the Princesses do not have to reach this goal but are encouraged to fundraise for the good cause obviously. So we signed karington's page up for her with a $100 goal. I've sent emails out to some of you whom I had your email addresses, so if you get the email from "missamerica4kids" its not a scam lol.. she is darlin Jen...  I wished it was at a time where we had money... but with both of us out of work ( hubby still hasn't found a job since his heart attack ) and me from my surgery .... btw ya know anyone that his hiring for a 45 yr old male? *lol* any way I hope she gets her goal... *hugs* Stephie

he was a forklift driver for BMW when he had his heart attack... but he has worked helping electricians and stuff... he last job was at the old hochest fibers on I-85 now invista till they let him go after they found out I was having wls surgery... but he's looking for anything that will pay good for the travel

i just want to say WOW and Thank you to everyone who has donated!!! We are at 70 raised with 30 to goal.. I should of shot higher than 100 for her goal! I didnt think it would have the response it has! You people are wonderful!!! Karingtons so excited her "Meter" is going up! hahaha.. THANKS!!!!!

Karrington is a doll. I helped her meter go up a little, not much, but I guess every little bit helps. Tell her we look forward to seeing her compete as Miss America,(I hope I'm still alive, lol).  Mary
