The gas pains.
The drain is nothing. Sometimes the area where it is inserted gets sore and painful after a while, put pulling it is nothing.
The drain tube didn't bother me at all when they took it out. It didn't hurt or anything. I kinda felt like a male bull with this thing hanging around for 4 days (I am so glad I don't have nads) lol.
I think for me it was figuring out what to eat the first month. I didn't do the baby food thing so I mostly lived off of soup, Wendy's chili, baked potato with cheese and won-ton-soup.
The other bad thing for me was to take the pills. I didn't like taking pills or vitamins before the surgery, and I still don't like it. But crushing that pill and then swallowing the crumbles was yuck.
I think for me, the good things out weighed the ruff moments so much, all I could do was be excited for the way my body and life was changing right before me.
The worst part for me was waiting over 30 hours to get something to drink. I had to have the X-ray before I could have anything and my mouth was like sandpaper. Then on top of that, they come in every few hours and make you do the breathing treatments. I was in tears before I got the X-ray and even the barum tasted good.
