Got a suggestion for Dr. B's Office
I am really concerned because I was under the impression that for the 2000 I paid I would be able to see the psychologist any time I needed to. It sounds like it is almost impossible to get an appointment with her. I had no clue the new psychologist would be working part time. With all the patients Dr. Bour has, how can a part time person handle all the pre-surgery patients and be available for all the post-surgery patients (who need her the most).

I am seeing a psychologist outside the practice and paying the co-pay because Dr. Russell wouldn't help me. Addiction transfer (SHOPPING.) Now I hear I can't get into this new psychologist if I WANTED to.
I have also been waiting for 2 days for Michelle to return my call on a nutrition question. My personal trainer also does nutritional counseling. I'm about to just follow whatever they say.
I am really feeling duped out of my $2500 right now.
