Doing horrible today - had to drive to Charlotte for job interview - drive back - pick up forms at Mauldin Office - go for pee test -  Bad Bad Day for eating. B- hot tea S- Protein bar in car L- scrambled egg S - Nothin' D- Who knows - may go out after group Water - Not even close Vitamins - going now Exercise - fidgeting in the car while driving all over creation. Hope ya'll had a better day.

Ummm... Ok here goes Bfast - cereal at mom's (think I had too much) (don't ask) snack - protein bar lunch - small personal frozen pizza (cheese) Snack-strawberries or protein bar or left over piece of steak (hey, its small) Dinner - don't know Vitamins - not yet - about to get them now Water - yes Exercise - YEP - 25 minutes on the elliptical at the gym

hey all!  bfast, snack, lunch & snack.... cheez its and dt dr pepper!!! terrible eating habits preop are going to make things harder for me postop... I KNOW I KNOW I KNOW!!!  but today sucked! I am super HOME SICK today... just found out a long lost love from my younger years is off to Iraq in 3 months or less and totally sad about that!  Good ol myspace keeps ya in touch with EVERYONE.... but Im sad aout that. worried...thinkin about takin a drive up to NJ to see him before they ship him outta here....  anyone wanna be BAD and road trip????

lunch...lean cuisine chicken fettucini snack.....protein bar dinner.....roast, little rice, little green beans and here comes the really bad part....the best biscuit in the world!!!!!!!! water...yes vits...yes exercise...yes Melissa

Bfast: Protein shake snack: 1/4 cup of cereal / with low carb milk Lunch: lite yogurt Dinner: 4 oz beans & 2 oz ground beef snake: 4oz SF pudding water: some....need more vitamins: just now excerise: walked a mile & water aerobics Hope you all have a great night, Lucinda
