Need Advice for Homeowners Insurance

Hey guys,

My friend is buying a mobile home in summerville and so far she has called 2 places that want $2100 yr in insurance. Can yall please recommend some places for us to call and give me an idea what you are paying if you own a mobile home?????

I would really appreciate this.

Hey Jennifer Tell her to check with whoever is financing her mobile home.  Sometimes they have someone they use and can possibly escrow it in with her payment. My friend is in the process of buying her one here through Oakwood and her payment included her ins. I believe she said her ins was going to a few hundred dollars a year, somewhere around 30 mth.  Of course we are not in a hurricane zone like you guys so it will probably be higher. I use Palmetto ins now and have used State Farm in the past. Maybe she could try them.Good luck Jean
