ok I know this is gonna be a stupid question but here goes.... Dr. Ross said I didn't need to loose any more weight... ok how do we stop? I weighted the other day and I was at 130.... tonight I'm down to 127.... if I'm not supposed to loose any more, how do I stop? seems like the more I eat the more I loose now...  any replies are welcomed... Stephie

WOW! I wish I had that problem. I would imagine all you can do is increase your calorie intake more than you have. I'm still trying to figure out how to get my weight loss to start back up, one pound a month isn't going to cut it for me. Any suggestions you have for losing would be appreciated, I'm at a loss for what to do. Hugs! Mary

I had slowed way down till a couple of months ago... but I have problems of not eatting and when I do eat I start dropping weight... seems like now the more I eat the more I just drop so maybe I need to just stop eatting like I have before that slowed it down...  I'm just at a loss here... *hugs*

why do you come on here and TAUNT me with your inability to stop  losing weight?!?!?! Grrr..... I got an idea, lets trade for a week.  Just enough to get me jumpstarted again and you to stop losing.

I'm sorry Kathy... I wuvs you though... but I'm really looking sickly here lately and I already was ugly to start with ....  I think the periods I go without eatting and not getting in cals ... and then eat and get in cals keeps me shaken up so that helps me to loose... maybe you should shake up your cals and see if that will help you... but DON'T GO WITHOUT EATTING!! like do one day at 1000 and then one day like 800 then one at like 1100 and so on... maybe that will give your body a shake up you need... but  YOU'RE BEAUTIFUL and I don't see ya needing to loose any more Stephie

I would talk to the nutrion person with your program. In our support group someone said the same thing a couple of months ago. They were told to keep a food journal for two weeks and make an appointment to talk about it...and they would help them adjust their diet.
