Dr *****ett or Dr Tribble

Hey all!   I am secheduled for surgery on June 21st!!!!!!  Just wondering if anyone had either of these docs cold maybe tell me what to expect at my 2 week pre op appt. Thanks!

Hi Erica! I had mine done 3/22/07. Dr. Tribble done mine. I think he is an awesome Dr.  I had some scar tissue from an old surgery it had grown to my intestines. He did not know untill he was working on me. He had to fix that first before he could do the bypass on me. From what I have heard Dr. *****ett is really good too. They are both in the O.R. working together.  I have done well. I had no complacations as of yet. I had to go on the introduction of Atkins diet 2 weeks before surgery. At the 2 week pre op appt. we talked about the what would happen the day of the surgery. Also 2 days before surgery I had to get blood work done. It was not a bad experance. The nurses were good at the hospital too. Congradulations and I wish you all the best! Hey Erica, I had my pre-op appt. wit Dr. *****ett last week. It was not a big deal (long visit tho) I brought my support person. You get weighed and talk to Judy and Tina a bit. They give you papers and instructions to take home. Then you sign some more papers. Then the doctor comes in and talks to you and support person . Dr  P is very reassuring. If you have questions make a list and Judy or Dr will answer all. lol I had a list of crazy questions.                                                                             Lndy ps. my surgery is June 11th
