**What did you eat today - Thursday**
B-fast - protein bar
lunch - 2 fudruckers chicken strips and about 15 fud fries
Snack - protein bar and SF lemon pudding
Dinner - Country fried steak and rice gravy. ( I fried it in olive oil and made the gravy with skim milk) - maybe not TOOOOO bad
snack - probably some fruit (just got fresh strawberries )
Water - 1/2
vit - yes
exercise - joined a new gym
