I had forgotten to do this for a couple of days...
but here I am again!
Bfast: cheese grits, banana
Snack: WC oatmeal
Lunch: Pork Loin sandwich & jalapeno cream grits from Stax grill (I got TONS left over...)
Snack: protien bar
Dinner: Pork Loin sandwich leftovers
Lunch and dinner probabaly have me WAY over the fat and calorie limit, so I better stay away from the icecream today...
Water: EXCELLENT (I probably drank 1/2 gallon just trying to forget about the ice cream)
Vitamins: 1/2 in
Exercise: Walking up and down the stairs going to the bathroom at work & maybe a step video later at home.
Yes, I love my plastic surgeon but when I asked him about fixing my stomach, he told me I had to be in the best shape ever then he can give ME a six pack. So today began the day of restarting,*sigh* once again
Breakfast - weighwatcher's meal
snack - crackers
lunch Protein whake
snack - some carrots
dinner - chicken
exercise - YES, yay me
water - soso

YOU STARTED IT!!! by talking about grits a while ago
So now, whenever I get the chance, I get grits.
Grits was a choice as my side item, so I got them.
and I had instant grits for breakfast because I woke up late and didn't have enough time to cook my usual eggs.
I had more carbs than I normally have but I'll share anyway...
B: 1 hb egg and 1 slice of toast
S: 1/2 small bag of trail mix
L: 1/2 a grilled cheese sandwitch & few watermelon chunks
S: Other 1/2 of the trail mix
D: 2 taco's w/ beef, cheese, lettuce, ff sour cream and taco sauce
S: Protein hot chocolate
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: walked.. but only a mile today. i was hot
Water: 40 oz so far
