HHHEEEEELLLPPPPP!!!!!

I want an ice cream cone sooo bad right now!  I can barely fight it! I can't do this to myself, but I KNOW I will go get one after work if I can't find a way to get over it!  I won't even care if it makes me sick.  Because I am all about instant gratification - worry about the consequences later... I have got to get this weight OFF!!! Why am I so weak????

Go right now, IMMEDIATELY and get some frozen coolwhip.  It will do the trick, I promise.  And I don't mess with the lite stuff or the sugar free.  The real stuff doesn't have much sugar and if its frozen, sort of tastes good.  It will kill my craving

DO NOT DO IT KATHY!  You will only live to regret it... take a different route home.. and CALL ME ON MY CELL.. I'll talk you through it.. We can talk and laugh the entire ride home... right past the ice cream store....That one ice cream is NOT worth the pain you're going to suffer... not to mention the guilt.. you are STRONGER than the craving..

I've done the fat free sugar free cool whip thing and it does work......

Even canned whipped cream --choc or vanilla--does not have much sugar or fat. The chocolate tastes like real chocolate ice cream.....you just spray it on.... And thats ALL I'm going to say about THAT

So what you're saying is.. you spray yourself with canned whipping cream? Cause you've made it quite clear to all of us that you're not bumping ugly with your wife.. so it's either spraying it on yourself and licking it off.. or I feel REALLY sorry for the family dog...

You struggle like the rest of usl I will say this, I sooo want icecream as well. At the grocery store I got these mayfield lowfat no surgar chocholate ice cream bars..not the same, but...it is better then going after the really really bad stuff

But guys!  Its not the ice cream as much as it is THE CONE.  I want it in a cone! Does anyone know how bad the cones are for us? I only want one!  I can put the FF SF crap in it, even though that makes me sicker than the real stuff...

Even AFTER that remark about me and whipped cream---I went into the store room and checked our cake ice cream cones.....zero fat--zero sugar. Waffle cones-which we do not carry-I am sure are more but the cake cone zero zero
