Exercise

Okies...I have to brag a bit. I had to restart on my exercise because of my Blood Pressure, and starting exercise again 2 weeks ago. It was like starting all over, but even in the SC heat I am up to now three miles. Whoo hooo.

That is great!!!      I hate walking and the heat just gives me another excuse.  I have been putting off joining this new gym near my house forever.  But, the yeast infection is my latest excuse...but it really sucks.  I don't feel like doing anything.  I know that is TMI.  But you are doing a great job.  Keep it up!!!!  

Congrats Laurie.  I got sidetracked during May and need to get going again.  I am going to use you for my inspiration!

YOU GO GIRL!  I can come up with a ton of excuses to not exercise!  i am so proud of you for getting back into it...sometimes that's the hardest!  Keep it up! Melanie

We can all come up with a ton of excuses not to exercise! I think of them at least ten times before I go. Thanks for the support.

Awesome job!!  I really need to start a walking program but with the fatique, etc it is hard.  I will remember your post when I walk tomorrow!!!  You give me hope! Wendy

Laurie: Glad to hear you're doing better.   I still hate the gym and exercise     I only do it to make sure the   keeps going down. Keep up the good work - reading about others does help me stay motivated.
