Insurance Question Please

Just wondering if anyone has had any experience dealing with Humana Gold or Medicare. I have Medicare and Humana Gold is the insurance I went with a year ago. I have tried talking to them and honestly, I am still reeling and spinning. Can't get a straight answer. I think I got "if it is medically necessary and can be documented as such we MIGHT cover it" ??? Help anyone??? Thanks!

They both cover it.  It requires prior authorization, but they cover it!
