Ok..here is the recipe for the dessert that I brought yesterday. I doubled it for the container that I brought it in.
Crust - I used ground up sugar free short bread cookies.
Filling:
2 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese (I used reg, but you can use reduced fat or fat free)
1 cup fat free milk
2 small pkg sugar-free fat free instant cheesecake
pudding mix
Directions
In medium bowl, beat one package cream cheese on high until fluffy. Add second package and continue beating on high until smooth. Add milk and beat on high until mixture is thick and creamy. There should be no lumps. Add package of pudding mix and beat on medium until combined. Then, beat on high until mixture is thick and smooth. Spoon mixture iinto container. Top with sugar free cool whip. Good with strawberries/banannas or any fruit.
You can also use any flavor pudding. I've also used chocolate and pistachio....yummy!!
