Hi Kathy GREAT new picture!! I am sorry I missed the BBQ. It sounds like everyone had a great time. I worked...and it was very boring. How did the cheesecake turn out? Chris

I did not make the cheesecake but Dianne S. made a wonderful cheesecake dessert!  I think it was made from SF cheesecake pudding, LF cream cheese, with a crust made from SF shortbread cookies and a topping from SF coolwhip.  YUM YUM!!  It was WLS friendly but it felt like SIN!!!DELICIOUS!!  (by the way Dianne - you need to post that recipe too!) I think I may take that Cheesecake recipe to Chef Matt and ask if he wants to try it out.  I'm feeling a little too lazy to try anything new out.

Hey Miss Kathy!!  I just want to thank you and melissa for hosting a great BBQ! I had a great time.. even through I showed up late !!! I got some sun tho!! Much needed I might add..You look amazing Kathy.. you should be so proud of yourself!!!
