GAIN weight for surgery????

I'm 5'6" and weigh around 240.  Every week when I weigh in at Dr. Bour's I seem to have lost a pound or two no matter how much I eat!  I need to be at 245 to qualify for surgery and (I can't believe I'm saying this) I'm having trouble.  I've weighed PLENTY for the surgery until I started doing the physician supervised weight loss for the stupid insurance company!!! I was put back on Zoloft so that should help me put the pounds back on (I hope).  I'm so disgusted!   I have high bp and I'm insulin resistant but not diabetic.  I've never had a sleep study so no idea if I have apnea or not.  I either need to gain up to 245 or find another co-morbidity.  My family history is awful...heart attacks/heart disease, strokes, diabetes, high bp--so I'm bound to have a co-morbidity eventualy but who wants to wait for that????? Any advice?

First start eating at Chick fil A all day everyday and I would say within a week or less you would have gained that 5 lbs. I know I gained over 20 in one month eating there only a few times a week.

Second-- I had to do the diet with the Weight Management Group for my insurance and the Weight Management people told me it was ok to lose weight doing the diet because it wouldn't disqualify me but I would have been over 100lbs even if I was at your weight.

Good Luck.
