TODAY IS 1 MONTH OUT VISIT WITH DR BOUR

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING THIS VISIT? I AM SUPPOSED TO HAVE LOST 10% OF SURGERY DATE WEIGHT (29 LBS)- WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T???? DONNA JO
