1st meeting w/ Dr Bour today

I have my very fist meeting with Dr Bour today at 2:30....what can I expect? Been a stressful day today, not sure if its any one thing specifically just alot of things on my last nerve...So, I  have had chocolate cake for breakfast and lemon cake for snack....guess whats for lunch? LOL....actually I have a freezer full of lean cuisines at work I need to delve into....I sure hope they dont check my sugar levels today So, anyway, I am excited to FINALLY get my appointment with  him! ~Melissa

Hi, My first meeting with the Dr. was mostly with the Katie, his nurse.  She weighs you and get all your history.  Then he comes in and discusses your history, then answers any question you may have.  It really didn't take me that long, maybe 30 min. but I didn't have a lot of questions.  I had 2 very good friends that had already had it done.  They didn't take my blood sugar or anything.  She took my Blood pressure.  Other than that it was just talking.
