Travelocity

I will NEVER EVER use Travelocity again.  This is the second time they have screwed me over.  Back in Dec I booked a hotel room for Hilton Head and was told that as long as canceled with in 48 hours of checkin that there are no fees.  Well I canceled and there was a $25 fee that I was not told about!.  So I complained  BIG TIME.  To the point they sent me a $25 future trip discount to redeem on a future purchase.  Well, I just tried to use it to get my ticket to Knoxville to get the grooming truck and they told me I could only use it on a hotel room or package deal, not a flight alone.  Just me I let them have it!  and told them it is the last time I will ever deal with them.  From now on, I will go through the airlines, even if it is more expensive! Sorry had to vent!  Plus I wanted to warn you guys!
