Monday Monday BLAH BLAH BLAH
I am sooooo hungry today!!
Bfast: eggs and instant cheese grits
Snack: WC oatmeal
Snack2: Protien bar (told you I was hungry)
Lunch: Can of that drinkable "Soup at Hand" stuff (Italian Wedding) and a couple of crackers - only 90 calories and not enough protien...*sigh*... I'll be hungry again soon
Snack: (planned) Protien Shake
Dinner: Probably a grilled chicken sandwich.
Water: Eh...
Vitamins: 1/2 in
Exercise: 2.5 miles on the elliptical machine
Bfast - Protein Bar
Snack - Protein Bar
Lunch - 1/4 of a Chicken chow mein lunch special. Didn't feel so good afterwards but the fried rice was soooooo good
Snack - Don't know - probably sugar free pudding and popcorn (small snack size bag)
Dinner - leftovers....Got too much in the fridge to be cooking anything else!!
Water - yes
Vit - I knew I forgot to do something this morning - glad is wasn't to put my underwear on.
Exercise - typing 50 million IEPS and medicaid billing forms. (that's gotta count for something). Gonna join a new gym tomorrow...all women.

Bfast: 16 oz milk...followed by 1 cup special K with protein dry
Snack: more special K
Lunch: chicken thigh meat---one piece fried, the rest plain
Snack: baked lays chips
Dinner: Probably end up eating my own words from something I said on the boards today
Water: LOTS
Vitamins: 1/2 in
Exercise: tonight.........the wife doesn't know it yet though....hehehe
Breakfast: Protein Bar
Protein Drink
Snack: Watermelon
Lunch: 1/2 chef salad with ham/turkey & cheese
Snack: Protein Bar (made by Payday ~ tasted really good and 15 grams of protein)
Dinner: Making sloppy joes for husband ~ I may eat some of the meat
Water: Plenty
Vits: 1/2
Exercise: I got out of bed and came to work!

I have been a bad bad girl today...I had a staff meeting at 0700 and got going late and it has set the tone for the rest of the day.
Breakfast: none
Midmorning: omelete with spinich and mushroomns and 8 oz milk
Lunch: broccholi soup and apple
Midafternoon: Smoothie
Dinner: Unsure
Water: 28 oz
Vitamins: 1/2 in
Exercise: None Plan today, unless you count the shopping walking I did earlier...but know it only made my pocketbook slimmer.
well, starting tomorrow, WED, I am only going to do the TIMEOUT diet and eat only protein drinks, and get these 5 little pounds back off my body!!
