I can't go to the meeting tonight

I just picked my kids up from school and my son informed me he has to work at the talent show tonight. The Student Council sponsored it so they have to be there to sell donuts!!! This was spur of the moment so I don't know how many of the Student Council kids will be there. Ughhhhhhh, I guess this is where mom gracefully say to son..."Ok, Joe, I will take you and it is ok that this has RUINED MY EVENING!!!!!" I didn't say that ...just thought it!!! I must say though, he did mention that I would have to miss "my meeting". I thought is was sweet that he realized I would have to make a sacrafice for him!!! I love that boy!!!!
