Zappos has free shipping for returns too. I love it. You just go back online. Click on th retun, print out the label stick iton the box and drop itoff at any UPS location. Once they get the shoes, they credit your account. I return just as many shoes as I buy and they haven't banned me yet.

But Kathy you don't understand.. being surrounded by a thousand pairs of shoes.. walking around in them.. putting them back in their box and getting another pair out.. it's almost better than sex!! It's like a drug to me... I would go nuts ordering a pair of show online and having to WAIT for them to arrive... that would be torture..

but they come the very next DAY!!! AND you can look at them from all angles on line and see thousands of them. When my hubby asks what I'm doing when I go shoe shopping online, I tell him I am looking at porn...and he knows exactly what I'm talking about. I know exactly what you mean about shoes.
