**What did you eat today? - Friday**
Can't Remember Friday, LOL
But today....Sunday,
Breakfast- 3 tbs of an egg white omellette with cheese. About 1 hr later, I had 1/2 banana.
Crystal lite, orange flavored
about 2 handfuls of mixed nuts with some dried berries and raisins mixed in.
Lunch- about 3 bites of a Subway Sandwich....sans the bread
about 30 saltine crackers throughout the whole day to help settle my stomach...helps me when I feel sick.
About 1 cup of sugar free ice cream and skim milk blended like a milkshake...although you think I would learn. I feel SOOOOOO SICK when I eat that, that everytime I do, I vow never to eat it again, only to find myself about 2 months later testing the waters....tastes so yummy, but feels SO bad!!
Dinner- 4 bites of an organic chicken quesedilla that I buy at Trader Joe's...like a Whole Foods. They are sooo yummy and very low carbs and no sugar, but high on protein.
After dinner.....propel and my vitamins with a few saltines included up above for settling my tummy when I eat my vitamins.
Not bad, I still eat the same amounts I used to, but I just "feel" like I am gaining weight, even though I know I am not, its the constipation that makes me feel like I am "heavy"
