YAY! Friday. This week went by fast for me!
Bfast: leftover veggie omelet and toast
snack: WC oatmeal
lunch: yogurt, cheese and a banana
snack: Protien bar
dinner: I don't know - something mexican. We are taking a co-worker out for dinner on his last day at work and we aren't going to (gasp!) Sabrosos's. Which sucks for me because now I don't know what I am gonna order.
Water: so-so
Vitamins: 1/2 in
exercise: none today...well. .not really...

S: (planned) Profect vial
D: I want to go out, but don't want to put on "real clothes". Choices, choices.
Water: working on it

Exercise: I woke up at 3:30 AM, and called that exercise for the day.
I'm so bored with food. Cooking it, planning menus, shopping for it, eating it ... Bleh.

Can i count it as exercise? I came back to work really exhusted and got hungry early. I ate my protien bar earlier than usual and now I'm starving! So I must have burned SOME calories...

THAT IS SOOO FUNNY!
I had to completely re-do my hair and when I was walking up the stairs, I got all paranoid that my shirt was on backwards or inside out!!! LOL!
I kept checking it! People probably thought I was crazy.
TGIF!!!
B- Oatmeal, 2 cheese sticks

S2 - 2 chickfilA chicken minis...only ate a little bit of the bread (my weakness)

L-Protein bar
S & D - Greek salad and 1/4 bowl of chili at Atlanta Bread Co.
Water-Have drank a lot of decaf, unsweetened tea today

Exercise- Does going shopping and trying to wrestle myself into a strapless
bra count? I did walk a lot at Old Navy today!
