**What did you eat today? - Friday**

YAY! Friday. This week went by fast for me! Bfast: leftover veggie omelet and toast snack: WC oatmeal lunch: yogurt, cheese and a banana snack: Protien bar dinner: I don't know - something mexican. We are taking a co-worker out for dinner on his last day at work and we aren't going to (gasp!) Sabrosos's. Which sucks for me because now I don't know what I am gonna order. Water: so-so Vitamins: 1/2 in exercise: none today...well. .not really... Kathy

Breakfast.....protein bar snack....cheese lunch.... lean cuisine snack...protein bar dinner....going out...not sure what I will be eating! Going to Brixx's pizza ( down the street from Sobroso's) water...yes vits 2/4 exercise....running a million errands today!!!!!

I did not have a good a lunch as you did!!!! My exercise is yelling at DH. B - protein shake S- 2 pieces of celery with cheese L - smart choice frozen dinner S - protein shake D - chicken and bakes spinach Water so so Exercise - mad at DH vitamins - not yet

B: 2 eggs, over easy & slice of toast (HUNGRY, for some reason) S: protein bar L: Lean Cuisine S: (planned) Profect vial D: I want to go out, but don't want to put on "real clothes". Choices, choices. Water: working on it Vitamins: 1/2 Exercise: I woke up at 3:30 AM, and called that exercise for the day. I'm so bored with food. Cooking it, planning menus, shopping for it, eating it ... Bleh.

Can i count it as exercise? I came back to work really exhusted and got hungry early. I ate my protien bar earlier than usual and now I'm starving! So I must have burned SOME calories...

Yup! All that huff'n and puff'n aint for nothing girl! Just make sure youi dont ever come back to work with your clothes on inside out or your hair ratty... Now Im just gonna keep my fingers crossed that this new "hobby" is permanent!

THAT IS SOOO FUNNY! I had to completely re-do my hair and when I was walking up the stairs, I got all paranoid that my shirt was on backwards or inside out!!! LOL! I kept checking it! People probably thought I was crazy.

TGIF!!! B- Oatmeal, 2 cheese sticks S- Protein bar S2 - 2 chickfilA chicken minis...only ate a little bit of the bread (my weakness) I this up so I'm not really counting it! L-Protein bar S & D - Greek salad and 1/4 bowl of chili at Atlanta Bread Co. Water-Have drank a lot of decaf, unsweetened tea today Vitamins - Yep Exercise- Does going shopping and trying to wrestle myself into a strapless bra count? I did walk a lot at Old Navy today!
