Boy am I exhausted! That other post has my head spinning!
Ok, on to business...
Bfast: eggs and instant cheese grits
Snack: coffee w/ cream
Lunch: Veggie omelet w/ REAL grits from Stax Omega (yum) I barely made a dent in the portion they served, but it was good
Snack: I don't know. I forgot my protien bar!
Dinner: Chicken and veggies (leftovers last FOREVER at my house!)
Water: not so good. I had a lot of coffee instead
Exercise: uh, not yet...went on a lunch date with a friend instead
Vitamins: 1/2 in
This day may not look to good wen I weigh my self in the morning. I need to work on my water and exercise. I took my "before" photos the other night and boy were those and eye opener!
uuuhhh... not a good day! Went out for Mexican food. And let me just say that I really miss the Mexican food on the West Coast, but I still ate...

snack: nope
lunch: chicken chimi, beans & rice
snack: OH GOODNESS NO
dinner: I doubt it!!! TOO STUFFED FROM LUNCH
Water: yup! with lunch.. 3 glasses full
vitamins: Biotin
Excerise: Nope... its raining and smells like BBQ outside

Ok ok.I will admit I have been bad today.
Breakfast: Prostat
Midlunch: 2 crackers, piece of cheese
Lunch: 1 cheese/garlic roll at Red Lobster, boiled shrimp, garlic/butter scalops, mixed veggies and 3 bites of key lime pie (this was my birthday lunch..and brough enough home to have it again for dinner)
Mid afternoon: banana and turkey
Dinner: see lunch
Water: 28 oz
Exercise: Walked, and bought myself wrist weights. Plann on walking the mall againg this evening to motivate a newbie post surgery.
Vitamins: 1/2 in
I also did my "before" photo and measurements, gasped and thought what those measurements must have been 86lbs ago (I never took them before surgery because I just did not want to know). I dont think a month is going to be enough...I say we extend this challange to end of July and the smallest loser host a cookout for us all!!!!

exercise...no nothing yet today, I had a crazy morning with errands. Hopefully, I will get away from the computer long enough to do something physical!!!
