and my all-time favorite ... the percussion cadences from the Clemson Drumline, circa 2001, when my son was playing.
So help an old lady out ... what song motivates YOU to sweat a little more?
Well, thanks for pointing that out.
I do have 2 Rick Springfield songs on my iPod (I just checked), but they hardly ever show up when I'm doing shuffle mode ... I'll have to check them out next time I'm walking. I've got "Jessie's Girl" and "Don't Talk To Strangers".
I've got everything from Andy Williams to Lady Sovereign on my little mp3 player. No one can say my taste in music is unvaried.

Almost anything by the Ying Yang Twins! Nothing gets me more motivated to burn fat than some plain old fashioned stripper music!! LOL!
