I'm not sure who is 119lbs down...you or Melony but Congratulations on the excellent progress and congratulations on being 1 yr out...absolutely fantastic progress. You should be very proud Chris

sorry, i should have been more clear. Melony Baker is down from an all-time high of 254. i am so proud of her. she is a great friend. thanks for your comments she will really appreciate it.

btw, she WEIGHS 119. i can't even fathom that one. i just broke 170 and i am so excited. (168 today) but 119!!!!!!! wow.

WOW!!! You have done so well!!! (I'm so jealous)!!! I'd love to see you again, I probably wouldn't even recognize you!! I remember seeing you right after your surgery, with drains still in!! Such a little trooper, you were!!! You are definitely an inspiration!! Hugs,
